1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Comando Co. skincare products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can assist:

Replacements (within 7 days)

You must report damage or incorrect orders within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement.

Eligible reasons for replacement:

Damaged items – If the jar is cracked or broken upon arrival.

Incorrect order – If Comando Co. has made an error in fulfilling your order.

Refunds (within 60 days)

Allergic reactions – If you experience an allergic reaction, you may request a refund within 60 days. We encourage photographic evidence to help us improve.

Dissatisfaction – We stand by our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will process a refund.
2. Refund & Replacement Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via EFT to your designated bank account.

Processing Time: Refunds and replacements will be processed within 7 days of approval.

Product Condition: Since we do not require product returns, refunds will be granted after customers complete a short questionnaire to help us improve our products.

Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide their order number to qualify for refunds or replacements.
3. Shipping Costs & Returns

If Comando Co. is at fault (damaged or incorrect order), we will cover shipping costs for the replacement. You may keep the incorrect item at no extra charge.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must provide photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect items when requesting a replacement.

If approved, Comando Co. will send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Allergic Reactions & Skin Issues

We accept refund requests for allergic reactions without requiring photo evidence, though providing images and answering a short questionnaire is highly appreciated.

We do not currently offer sample sizes or testers, but we are considering this for the future.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Customers may cancel or modify their order before it has shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, our standard refund policy applies.
7. International Orders

Currently, we do not accept international orders or returns.
