1. Shipping Locations

Comando Co. currently ships nationwide within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries and offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery – Door-to-door delivery.

  • Locker-to-Locker – Convenient self-collection at designated courier lockers.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees apply and may vary based on location.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over R900.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • No shipping on weekends or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

  • Delays: Comando Co. is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking your package if necessary.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost by the courier, we will make every effort to locate it. If unsuccessful, we will resend the product as a last resort.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your package, and we will replace the item at no extra cost.

6. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it.

  • Any issues regarding damage or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 days with photo evidence to qualify for a replacement.

7. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is not available at this time.
