2. Products & Services

  • Our Terms of Service apply exclusively to our tallow-based skincare products.

  • Products are only available for purchase online.

  • We do not provide additional services such as skincare consultations or subscriptions.

3. Purchasing & Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and EFT.

  • All payments must be made upfront. No installment plans are available.

  • We do not store payment information. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within South Africa using The Courier Guy.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of receiving payment.

  • Tracking is provided for all orders.

  • Shipping Delays & Lost Packages: While we trust The Courier Guy for reliable delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. In the event of a lost package, we will assist in tracking it, and if necessary, send a replacement as a last resort.

  • International Orders: We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not typically accept returns but offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for unsatisfied customers.

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.

  • If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they wish to return a product, though returns are not required for refunds.

6. Product Disclaimer & Liability

  • Effectiveness Disclaimer: Everyone’s skin is different. While our products are generally safe for all skin types, results may vary. We recommend a patch test before full application.

  • Allergy Warning: Customers should patch-test before use to avoid any potential reactions.

  • Liability: Comando Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects. However, we will honor our 60-day money-back guarantee.

  • We collect personal data (name, email, shipping address) only for order fulfillment.

  • We use third-party services for payment processing and email marketing.
